• These are interesting short articles on different approaches towards keeping lab notebooks, and the pros and cons of electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs) versus traditional paper notebooks. E Pain (2019) Science and R Kwok (2018) Nature.

Recommended

• Read a little bit about RStudio here and specifically RStudio Cloud

• If you have difficulties with Google Drive, this seems like a reasonable tutorial.

Action items

• Obtain your gmail account and send it to us as per the instructions.

• When you receive your Slack invitation, join slack and enter the #datascience_2020 channel. Send an emoticon or messages to the group. Also, send a direct message to me.
